The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with a bed that was the largest I've ever seen. The shower was excellent and the cleanliness of the room was perfect thanks to the hardworking cleaners. The location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by plenty of cafes and restaurants, and a regular bus service to the old town. The breakfast selection was fantastic, offering a wide variety of hot and cold options to suit all tastes. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, such as the sauna being off and the swimming pool occasionally being in the shade, this hotel is definitely one I would stay at again and recommend for its comfort and convenience.

Had a great Xmas stay at this hotel! Loved the friendly and helpful staff, they made our check-in smooth and even allowed us to check in early. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the science museum and the oceanic aquarium. Plenty of dining options nearby and the bus to the town center was cheap and convenient.
The gym was a letdown, with faulty equipment that wasn't fixed promptly. the lack of gluten-free and lactose-free options at the breakfast buffet was disappointing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very nice and took their time to explain things and also listened to our needs. The rooms had everything we could ask for, including a TV, a large safe big enough for a laptop, a night light, a heat lamp in the bathroom, a bidet. The cleaning staff also added nice cute touches to our room.
Everything is what we needed and wanted.

This place is situated in a very modern area close to the science museum, making it an ideal location for anyone looking to explore the city. Here, I experienced exceptional room service and housekeeping, making my stay more comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming; they even offered me a welcome drink upon arrival. The outdoor swimming pool, sauna and sun terrace were a particular highlight of my leisure time spent here.
I would highly recommend this hotel to friends visiting this area.

The location was perfect - right next to a shopping center and the amazing park that leads to the old city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service, giving us helpful recommendations and advice. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony. a fantastic experience!
The hotel's policy of not allowing cots in family rooms was a major inconvenience for us.
